RESPONSIBILITIES KAA Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any loss or injury due to an act of nature, wars, thefts and travelers’ own negligence. It is recommended that you cover yourself with travel insurance or any other form of insurance. KAA Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to change the package price without any notice due to currency fluctuation, increase in airfare, change in airport tax or visa fees and any expenses (eg. Extended night stay in a hotel) caused by rescheduled flights.   TERMS & CONDITIONS TO MAKE BOOKINGS Package bookings should be made at least 30 days prior to departure date during off season and 3 months on school holidays. A deposit of RM100.00 - RM500.00 per person will be required upon confirmation of booking. Full payment must be settled 10 days before departure. LATE BOOKINGS Late bookings shall be accompanied by full payment. ACCOMPANYING CHILDREN / INFANTS Children sharing a room with an adult will be charged based on his/her age (between 2 years - 11 years 11 months). For infant below 2 years, the price is 10% of the applicable airfare charged. THE PACKAGE PRICE EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING Beverages, meals (unless specified in tour itinerary), laundry, room service, fax and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, airport taxes and all other personal items.   CANCELLATION If you cancel your booking, A cancellation fee shall be rendered. The amount payable is determined by the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation (before departure).
