Coach Rental is available through KAA Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. We have a
10-seater van, an 18-seater Executive Coach as well as a 40-Seater Coach.
We offer one-way transfers, tours and upon request we are also able to offer
half-day and full-day usage.

One or any other festive season and subject to change without prior notice

The rates EXCLUDE driver tips, porterages, tolls, parking, meals, beverages,
miscellaneous charges

All booking / amendment are to be made in writing and subject to availability
of vehicle

FULL DAY charter rates is applicable from 0800 to 1700 hours

An extra 50% surcharges would be imposed for all services rendered between
2300 hrs and 0700 hrs

Pick-up and drop-off of tour guide before/after assignment is not an
obligation on our part but as a service which will be provided whenever
possible. All taxi fare claim will not be entertained

For overland trips, food and accommodation must be provided by hirer for the
driver. Otherwise an extra RM 120 will be charged

Any no-show or last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours or otherwise
mentioned) will be charged 50% of the total charted rates

For the 12-seater van, only 10 seats occupied. The rest of the seats are
luggage.

JPJ / MOCAT regulations require ALL TOUR VEHICLES to have a licensed Tour
Guide while on hire. All drivers
have been advised NOT to start any assignment unless a Licensed Tour Guide is
present or an Exemption Letter' is duly signed & endorsed by an authorized
officer of MOCAT is made available
Payment Terms:
1
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of acceptance of our quotation.
Balance payment must be made 14 days or at least 3 working days before the
departure date

For a confirmed booking made within 3 days before the departure date, Full
Payment (CASH) is required
3
No Credit facilities is extended unless prior arrangement is made
4
Prompt payment is very much appreciated upon receiving our invoice. All
